Engineer
Ideal
candidates will possess a MS degree in the areas of Physics,
Chemistry, Mathematics, or Engineering. Strong analytical
skills are required. Main responsibilities include:

Execute
spectroscopic data analysis and interpretation, setup of
physical and optical models using analysis software

Provide
measurement setup support to customers, lead development
of new measurement opportunities

Provide
technical and scientific point-of-contact for customers
|
The position
serves as liaison between R&D team and marketing / sales and
be responsible for major U.S. account. Ability to communicate
technical information to both technical and non-technical
audience is a must. Expected to bring customer input to the
R&D effort as well as contribute directly to product
development. Candidate must be self-motivated and able to
work as individual contributor and as part of a team.
Prior
experience in fab environment and semiconductor manufacturing
is useful, especially in the areas of process engineering.
In-depth understanding of one or more semiconductor process
modules (CMP, Etch, Litho) is highly desirable. Working
knowledge of optical materials properties, optical measurement
techniques, and optical metrology is preferred.
